In the old fisherman village of La Vila Joyosa we have a four story building for rent in 1st line with 30 steps to the beach, surrounded by cosey cafés, icecream bars and good restaurants. The house contains 4 storys, all with a sea view from small balconies. The top floor contains a private roof terrasse.

This is a unique possibility to live in spanish surroundings in a city with medieval roots perfectly located near major tourist attractions, beautiful villages and historic sights in the surrounding area

  
     
   

There are 3 bedrooms in the house.
2 double- bed rooms and 1 single bed bedroom.
